UNIQPIXL is a small studio, and I do the work. When you book a call, you are speaking to the person who will design the system, write the architecture and be accountable for whether it holds up. There is no account manager between us.
I have been building software for businesses since 2015. Since 2024 that work has narrowed to one thing: the operational systems a company runs on when spreadsheets, email and the software it already bought have stopped being enough.
Eleven years, told honestly
Two chapters, not one. The first taught me how businesses actually use software. The second is what I do now.
UniqPixl
Eight years building digital products and client solutions across product, execution and operations. Ecommerce builds, websites, and the unglamorous work of shipping software for businesses that had to use it on Monday morning. Long enough to watch a lot of well-built things go unused.
UNIQPIXL AI LABS
A narrower focus: the operational systems businesses actually run on. Custom software, workflow automation and AI for ops-heavy B2B companies, usually between 20 and 200 people, where the business has outgrown the way it is being run.
Three things I will not compromise on
Operations first, technology second
Every engagement starts by mapping how the work actually moves: who touches what, where things wait, what gets re-entered. The architecture comes after that, not before.
Not every business needs custom software
Sometimes the answer is a better process, or a tool you already pay for, configured properly. If that's the answer, you'll hear it. It costs you less, and it costs me a project.
Built to be audited
Permissions, approval chains and audit trails are designed in from the first conversation, not retrofitted after someone asks a hard question. In regulated work that distinction matters.
Want to see the work instead?
Fair. Descriptions of how someone works are worth less than what they have actually built.
