1. Network Agreement & Authority

By linking into the UNIQPIXL AI LABS domain and interfacing with our engineering pipelines, you legally bind yourself to these standard operating procedures. Our prime directive is strictly B2B (Business-to-Business); you certify that you possess the requisite corporate authority to engage our architectural services on behalf of your business.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) & Source Access

We operate highly secure, proprietary systems. Unless explicitly overwritten by a custom Master Service Agreement (MSA):

• All public structural layers, UI components, text copy, and underlying frameworks showcased on this domain remain the exclusive property of UNIQPIXL AI LABS.
• Decompilation, algorithmic scraping, or the unauthorized duplication of our deployment architecture is actively monitored and strictly prohibited.
• Client-specific deployed intelligence networks become the IP of the client *only* post-deployment and final invoice settlement.

3. Operational Asymmetry & Liability Restrictions

We engineer complex decision-automation nodes designed for high-availability. However, the operational matrix is heavily reliant on external foundation models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and third-party APIs. Consequently, UNIQPIXL AI LABS accepts zero liability for downstream latency, secondary data loss, or cascading operational disruptions caused by upstream network degradation or external AI hallucinations. All architectural blueprints and advisory services are provided strictly "as assembled."

4. Acceptable Use & Protocol Violations

You are permitted to interact with our intake algorithms for the sole purpose of sourcing valid systems architecture. You are strictly forbidden from injecting malicious payloads, submitting automated DDoS requests, tampering with our honeypot arrays, or deploying scraping bots against our frontend. Any detected anomaly will result in immediate API blacklisting.

5. Jurisdiction & Conflict Resolution

These terms, and any subsequent engineering conflicts, will be governed by the legal frameworks established within the local jurisdiction where UNIQPIXL AI LABS maintains its primary incorporation. Any systemic disputes will first attempt resolution via structured technical mediation before advancing to binding legal arbitration.
